Happy Valentine's Day!

I hope everyone enjoyed their Valentine's day! Mine was absolutely lovely! Ron surprised me with a single rose and a box of chocolates. VERY SWEET! We aren't really "valentine's" people... but it was a lovely little reminder of how amazing he is (all year round).

I was torn between spaghetti and something a bit fancier for dinner, and in the end I was very happy with what I threw together. I made sweet chili chicken over long grain rice. It was quite tasty...see...
